Permission is granted to temporarily use ClubLogic's services for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
