Fee categories are templates that define the type, amount, and terms of fees you'll charge. Setting them up correctly saves time and ensures consistency.
Go to Settings > Fees > Categories
Click the "Create New Category" button
Example: "2026 Membership Fee"Add details about what this fee covers (shown on invoices)
Example: $450.00Select currency (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, etc.)
Enable if fees are taxable and specify tax rate (e.g., 10% GST)
Add late fees as percentage or fixed amount after due date
Offer discount if paid before specific date
Review all settings and click "Create Fee Category"
Category is now ready to assign to teams and players
